The Greenville, PA Cast House is a critical part of Pennex Manufacturing’s casting operations. This facility boasts two melt furnaces, a holding furnace, and a state-of-the-art Wagstaff Casting System with Numax molds. It is equipped with two Seco Warwick 130,000-pound homogenizing furnaces with a rapid cooling chamber, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards. The Granco Clark Billet Saw allows for automatic billet stacking, contributing to the facility’s impressive throughput of 160 million pounds per year. With ultrasonic testing capabilities and the ability to accept scrap up to 15 feet in length, Greenville provides a range of cast diameters, including 7, 8, 9, 12, and 14 inches. This cast house is a cornerstone of our commitment to high-quality, custom casting solutions.
